RE: Would you be pissed off if I powered down and left without saying goodbye?

in #steem6 years ago

If people want to make a goodbye post and power down or just go silently that’s their prerogative in my books. I think the low price of Steem has been a turnoff to some.
I will admit I don’t like it when someone I interact with a lot on Steemit is announcing they are leaving. A few friends have been silent for awhile but I was delighted one just made a comment and a post today after nothing for 2 months.
Steemit takes up a lot of time. One has to chose wisely where to spent their energy. There are so many discords, apps and platforms on here it can be overwhelming.
If it’s someone having health issues or too much on their plate it’s certainly understandable but they could take a break without leaving completely.
My question is:
Why would anyone want to leave all the wonderful folks here?😂

Good to hear you have a returning friend - do they know something we don't re: an impending price move? :D

Right. Got to listen to your heart, if it's not there for something then things need to change.

I have no idea :P Maybe just get your faves on whatsapp for those 'exclusive' photos and poor taste jokes :D

This friend was busy on another project (something to do with setting up a game) which was time consuming. Being one of the first people who connected with me here, I felt her absence.
I don’t think she has any idea how the price of Steem will go but I am confident .... the sky’s the limit, Asher. 😊
