Fairly new here. So here are my .02

1. Rediculous and slow registration method.
2. Website design from the 90s.
3. Not mobile friendly. Just posting this message took forever with "draft saved" blocking entry every second.
4. No mobile app.
5. Rediculous pay to play hierarchy of coins from Steem to Steem power to Steem dollars.
6. And because of this trading required with transaction fees just to change from coin to coin.

Frankly I'm surprised it has any users.
