That is a great overview of everything that is going on with Steemit at the moment. It is amazing to see that it had the second most transactions and the most over a 7 day average, yet the blockchain is not even close to bloated.
The amount of users signing up as well as the amount of active users is really growing.. I am aiming to organise a crowdfund to put together some Steemit advertisments on popular social media platforms - we will see how it goes.
I also have plans to bring in a multitude of new users through an online course and YouTube channel that I am creating - aiming for 25-30k students, so there should be a good influx once it is all live!

So the new accounts are way up, the system has a much bigger threshold for activity than all the others, and the price is having another correction. Huh sounds to me like it's time to start loading up. I too think there is perhaps even more of a correction to continue in the next few days, but it will also make a solid back upward within a handfull of days of another 2 or 3 day losing streak. I found your article on steemconnect, I vote there 5 or more times a day, so I am not afraid to return the favor when people vote my posts [@cryptkeeper17] as well. Great stuff once again @reko!
amazing stats here. steem is truly a giant killer. with such a low market cap it has far higher transaction and can withstand far better than all put together. thanks fro sharing this

Excellent, @reko. I like how you have added some new "current events" information at the beginning of this one. Just let me request, again, that you add the TIME that you got the Steem/SBD price quotes. The time is important, as the price tends to fluxuate significantly throughout the day. Thanks.

Hahah! I had a feeling you would ask that. I recommend, let's say, FIVE time zones, to cover the MAJOR zones where Steemians are active. For instance, I personally am in Asia (Bangkok time). To implement this would be UBER-simple. I use the excellent https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ which gives you the time in ALL time-zones in real-time. It would essentially take less than 30 seconds of additional times to transfer the time from this page into the post. Hope this helps. Adding the time would be VERY HELPFUL, as I have not yet seen ANY of the other people posting the Steem/SBD price (including Madyahari - no offense) including the time in their posts, and so those posts have LESS value to me than one which would include the time, since by the time I open their posts the price has ALREADY gone up by (potentially) $1 USD. I think this seemingly insignificant tweak would be VERY valuable...
