For CN community, I believe @team-cn is the de-facto organizer for global CN users especially newbies. The community has a huge impact among CN users, and won top 3 in @theycallmedan SP delegation competition. You might be interested to connect with its founder @ericet to talk more about the plan or feedback.
In the meanwhile, you might be interested to connect with @wherein which is one of the best Steem startups in mainland China, and its founder @iguazi123 is always enthusiastic of promoting Steem in China, sharing its philosophy, fun and potential, and organizing Steemian meet-ups locally in different cities in the country.
These are my recommendation, but definitely we may see more applications from the community. And I believe there're a lot of guys that really love the community and will stand out to contribute their great ideas, capabilities and resources.
