That's a nice statistic. But for that year there are also other coins that have made even higher gains. As Steem and Bitcoin are in different places in their "lifecycle" a direct comparison might actually be a bit misleading.
Of course, I remain optimistic about steem, no doubt! :)
On a bit of unrelated note, I just discovered something I feel might be a bug in the blockchain and since you are my most trusted witness, I hope you'll have a look and post about what you think is going on there. I don't know if this is even a bug really.
Thanks for the heads-up. It's not really a bug per se, because tags are not part of the consensus, but it can be annoying. Will look into it.
So any of the Steem blockchain interfaces can decide on how many tags they want to cram into the json field and the 5 tag limit culture happened just because that's what steemit used and the other interfaces just decided not to mess with that?
