My sister and me today brought ourselves a Tal double wall vacuum insulated bottle,by using this instead of plastic bottles we are helping the environment.
These bottles can stay either cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours.my nephew has one and he said these bottles are really good and he cannot praise it enough. I don’t drink enough water so this is another reason i’ve brought one because i can keep a check on how much i do drink and because it keeps your drink cold this will help me also as i prefer to drink water chilled so fingers crossed i will start to drink more water.
Drinking water has so many benefits helps with skin,energy and with sleep too plus many more benefits.
