That's why we see a lot of people in the third-world countries approaching a very high level of education or success in some businesses. They face a lot of resistance from poverty, traditions, etc..
Traditions are a very big drawback for most of third-world countries. That because most of the people are living in a shell and do not interact with the outside world which make every new idea a threat!
I myself live in Palestine which is under occupation and I have different kind of resistance including borders and limited resources. I always find an alternative specially by the use of internet. For example, I don't have money to do a Master Degree, on the other hand, I study advanced courses on Edx Organization which has very low fee for its certificates.
