What I found is, many people many minds as I do like decentralize platform but there must be some centralize regulatory authority to moderate what's going on. I don't need to say as we all know everyone here is doing what they like to rather than taking time to read other persons content. I guess Steemit is loosing it's charm and there many reasons for that.
All the more reason to try to produce something that'll cut through the $$$. In the beginning of any platform, there's always a population problem. Community features will help people find their groups later on..

People at Steemit will find their own way to build a helpful community.
