Nah, gotta stick to what I'm qualified in. Only want to post value add content for the community, not gonna chase dollars. Investment/Real Estate knowledge and Social Issues is what I bring to the table.

Slowly build the following within a niche. Just like with your top 100 posts. Keep it up. :-)
