Just type in your Post url to resteem it.
For a bid upvote you paste your post url and the BEEM amount you want to bid, Voting Power will be distributed with other's bids e.g. if you put 1 BEEM and another person put 2 BEEM you will have a 33.33% Upvote ( 1 / 3 ) from SteemBeem.
