I think the only person the OP engaged with on this post was me, well, someone said it was unfair to blame the boss and crybaby defended himself. But, otherwise crickets! Which epitomizes all that's wrong with this place, no upvotes or a single comment, no real interactions except with Lil old me asking the real questions.
