Wealth cannot be lascivious, inferiority cannot be moved, and mightyness cannot be bent.

[Believing] wealth can not make the mind confused, barrenness can not make the festival change, force can not make the personality yield.
[Hint] Whether a person can resist the temptation of various fame and fortune can see whether he has a firm will. A determined person can overcome all kinds of threats and induce them to move toward their goals. The above words are the guidelines for Mencius when he argues with others about what is called "the big man." There are many such "big men" in the history of our country, and Su Wu in the Western Han Dynasty was one of them. When Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty was ordered to send the Huns, the leader of the Huns forced him to surrender. He first used the herd, wealth, and official positions to lure him. After he failed, he was punished for extremely difficult and remote places to shepherd sheep and cut off his diet. Using hard and poor life forced him to submit. Su Wu is unyielding, infertile, and not tempted by wealth. He was imprisoned for 19 years in the Xiongnu country and always maintained his exercise. Later, he finally returned to the Han Dynasty.
If you are poor, you will be good at it, and you will be good at the world.
