The biggest problem in my opinion are rouge whales like @themarkymark . He is downvoting random posts on steemit in attempt to increase his own profits . 'Steem Rewards Pool' math is very simple : The less you earn the more @themarkymark can put in his pocket. That is driving hundreds of users away from this platform and as they sell their steem the price goes lower and lower . The best solution for this problem is to contact law enforcement .

How are you going to accuse mark of a crime when flagging is built into steemit? If I go by your logic. The real criminal would be steemit inc. They are the ones enabling mark to commit this so called "crime".
Mark is using the platform as it was intended. The flags are there to be used by someone when they don't agree with the content.

You've never read the white paper or any other documentation, that much is clear, and for somebody with a year old account, it's obvious you still have no idea how the system works.
It COSTS to flag, it earns nothing. Like not at all. And if you got flagged by MarkyMark, you probably deserved it. He keeps the cleanest blacklist on the chain for bot operators and spam fighter groups. he invests and has spent a ton to further efforts on this chain by many.
You on the other hand... have a blog full of youtube content that isn't even yours. Like not even remotely, with no added content or value around it.
