Maybe STEEM have total over $200M but why trading volume always small?
Market cap is top 5 but trading volume is always under top 10???
Don't have any big trading volume eventhough members are paid very high?
The difference of price between buying and selling is also big.
The STEEM and STEEM Dollar reduce value day by day
Etc...
I know STEEM is dependent on Steemit but do you feel comfortable with things above?
Read the White Paper at steem.io
I know it but STEEM is currency. When it reduces value and has small trading volume, do you feel comfortable?
@sotnd1996 It has only been trading for a very short time. Only now is it starting to actually gain some traction. Patience my friend.

Bitcoin Messiah - The Story
Well, because the value has decreased by half the highest bid. It had a very high trading volume in July for several days before everyone started exchanging it for Bitcoin and other, more usable coins. Then they realized suddenly that the demand for Steem on the exchange wasn't high, thus, the value slowly decreased and everyone realized that they had to hold for it to go back up. Or wait until Steem was more mature.
Ive been trying to figure out the same thing
STEEM has a very small float... only about 3% or 3,000,000 tokens can be traded. So like right now it's #17 with $186,000 traded in 24 hours, but that is actually 6% of all STEEM in existence. In comparison, 8% of all Bitcoin in existence turned over in the last 24 hours. Almost the same.
