I keep saying this is the wild west and I've been proved right. Was it better when someone with 10x the SP had 100x the voting influence? I did expect that some of the high rewards would come down after the HF as people would use up their voting power quicker, but I've not done the calculations on how it works.
I could just vote up all my posts and comments with 100%, but I choose to support others. I do give my posts a smaller vote, but I generally make something anyway thanks to the kind people out there.
A whale gave me a 1% vote on a comment of mine that gave it nearly $3. I'll take that. Not sure if I have had any 0% votes, but I really don't mind. Each of us can choose what we think is right to do.
