- this is a subjective area, and hard to do consistently unless a centralized authority takes responsibility for it...and we don't want centralization ;> also see 5
- adding an easymode to the interface would help; I like using Markdown, but then again I've had 3 years playing with it
- idk marketing, so I shut up on this one!
- I think Communities would help creators get recognized and rewarded, as people with the same interest niche will be able to find their work more easily
