STEEM traded as high at $0.22 before moving back down to the $0.18 level.
The MACD and RSI are bouncing off the bottom.
I put the odds at 60-40 that the next move will be lower.
I was about to buy at almost $ 0.16, but I hesitated a few hours and bought back at $ 0.18
