STEEM has been hanging out at the $0.19 level.
The interesting thing is that the volume is slightly higher than normal.
The MACD and RSI look flat.
The Stochastics is looking to cross bullish as STEEM did not hit the over sold levels.
It looks like STEEM is going to break here soon as this is the third bull flag that has formed.
The candles are turningn into Dojis to show that the range is really tightening.
I put the odds at 60-40 that the next break will be bullish.

It has to break and hold above $0.21. If it does it should move to $0.30.
