Where I live we just call that plain THEFT. Stealing the use of someone's property is theft when permission isn't given. I have not used their stuff so I don't know if it says anything in their terms of use and conditions, it may very well have something in there, if it doesn't it is theft.

their is a disclaimer so it cannot be tinted as theft. and it far better than facebook and google selling our info
That is very good to know. THANKS. That makes all the difference in the world, like a said I haven't used it , if the disclaimer is in it then you have agreed so there should not be an issue.
