Free Money from walking? [Crypto]

Hello, Recently I've been researching an app called SweatCoin which pays you SweatCoin for walking/excersising.

So far online it all seems safe and legit with people posting the things they have bought from the in app store and also other websites that you can buy/SELL your coins to directly for approx £0.03 per coin.
