Oh my goodness! I have all kinds of work on how to breathe better! I had to learn it during my weight loss time and I'm still not good at it. Fat people do not like to breathe deeply and it makes everything worse.
If I can get paid to breathe, I will work at it more!
I meant just keep breathing....you get tokens for simply being alive.
That's ok - I just did my breathing exercises anyway. I needed that ! Thank you :)
