The facts state otherwise. Even with the voting bot and self voting, the Whales percentage of the total dropped by a fair amount in a 90 day period.
You can opine to the contrary but the fact do not back up what you state.

Those with the largest SP always getting the greatest rewards by simply having all the little fish upvoting whatever they say or do, in hopes of getting voted back

By the way most whales do not post a lot of articles...how many articles have you seen from @ned or @steemit?
I didn't check how much they post, but @haejin posts 4 times per day and has hundreds upvoting his witchcraft masked as crypto advices, just for getting curation and maybe upvotes.
