Thanks for the post. It's an intriguing idea and a great start. This stood out to me:
we should be able to highly reduce the scores of spam accounts as they tend to send out information more than they receive it.
Are there — or will there likely be — other types of accounts that send more information than they receive?
Well authors that dont respond to people or engage with others would have a low score too
