What do you think of the new fitness series idea? The first post will be tomorrow and will recap what I eat and how I workout in order to lose weight. What would you like to see in these posts each day?

Great idea, i'll do one too in the future, but i'll probably start my cut in july when i have more time for the gym, right now i workout and have a sort of bulk diet which is going great, almost no fat added :)
And i can shred fat really well, last time i dropped 44lbs in 3 months, i lost some muscle though, this time i only need to lose like 10lbs and i can probably do it very slowly so that i don't lose muscle, sometimes i can even gain muscle on the cut!! i guess it's because i'm still young, 23, i have enough testosterone to power a whole army :P and i even try to focus my diet on increasing it!
