I would love to know how much $ do the whales sell their witness votes for...
If we had a downvote witness button where minnows could "decrease" the amount the whales upvotes are worth would be awesome, for example i would downvote a top 20 witness and that would make the upvotes worth less %, so in this system the whale upvotes would only be 100% to the ones that the community (minnows) included deem worthy.
Imagine, 100 people downvote a certain witness, instead of the whale witness upvote be worth 100% of their voting power it would only be worth 95% for example (spitting out random numbers but i think you can understand my point)
This would make minnows have more power in the democratic system that steem should be
Like the idea bro, but that won't happen, I have read somewhere that Ned planned to make everyone have 1 vote instead of 30, I doubt he will do that tho.
