Or at least give people cooldown times? I mean, a basic tool to stop spamming in any skill-based game is a cooldown. You can’t use this skill for the next 30 minutes, 6 hours, etc. It could be applied if you’re already a certain Rep, or your prior usage indicates you’ve had your ride.

Like you won't be shown on the Trending tab if you have already made it there in the past 24-72 hours? It will certainly add a little more diversity to the content list.
That will be great if it happened, but at the same time it will prevent some people's posts from being there, since the trending is already bad I think it will make it better but I hope there's a better solution.
