I'm sorry you're having a rough go of it personally right now. That sucks your bike and cash card got stolen. #timeforaswim indeed.
I don't currently have a delegation from you, but thank you again for the generous delegation that you gave me for a few months while I was working towards 500SP. It meant a lot and encouraged me to get their on my own... without self-voting. So I had to work harder.
I have given up on Ned "doing the right thing" or even paying attention to Steemit, so I just do the best I can with what I have. I don't feel like Ned gives a crap about Steemit. He already got his millions, so why worry about it?
This is still a fun place to hang with friends and read about things you might not otherwise get to see. You can also get rewarded for writing your own content, so we shouldn't complain too much, even if things aren't perfect.
I hope things get better for you soon!
#timeforaswim yes. Really good for the soul i find, and I'm looking quite trim at present too :)
No worries re: the past delegation, I'd love to have them stand for longer!
Ned takes some flack, some of it could be justified, but i think that he does have a plan here, even if progress can seem slow at times. Until SMT are released, I'm going to reserve judgement.
And yes exactly, there are many positives at present - who wouldn't like $5/$10 STEEM. We're still here :)
Cheers!
Yeah, progress can be really slow, but hopefully the master plan starts getting revealed and it helps us all move onward and upward.
I wouldn't mind the purchasing power from $5/$10 Steem. The rewards wouldn't be great though. That would be difficult to deal with. Still, at some point, the price has to go up. Otherwise, it's likely to die eventually.
The rewards at 5/10 Steem suited me, the only issue being the money grabbers coming back with their piss-poor content, and 'only' vested Steem power to promote themselves. Proof of stake we are though 😊
Any time the money comes in, so do the money grabbers. It's disappointing, but it's something that we can expect. If we get a solid, healthy community going, then we'll be able to survive/thrive despite them.
Yes for sure. It is my hope that those of us who are here through the quiet times benefit when the next upwards move arrives, and that it's not just the ones that appear at the same time.
