Hi Dan thank you so much for running this fantastic delegation poll. I wanted to explain what this would mean to #STEEMNURSE and why it would matter so much to us.
The group was founded on Jan 8 2019 and the concept is to give free Steem support though a combination of advice, help, tips, manual curation, and to never take from the members but instead to give to them. My vision is to only receive delegation support from those who can afford to give it. As for the community members I want to offer 100% no strings attached support for them. In fact I have even given delegation to my members on 90 day terms. The current support is coming from my personal account which is resting just above 4800 SP. The people in the community are encouraged to support one another and I am teaching them as the best way to gain a friend is to be a friend.. like wise the best way to gain support is to give support. They are thriving, creating friendships, finding help within the group for any questions they have and more! It really has been such a fantastic experience. I love to give back. I also believe giving is a boomerang effect. The greatest gift I have experienced is the gift of giving. So I am very passionate about helping others. Steem Nurse is a grass roots, by hand, labor of love Steem community. I wanted something unique and authentic to who I am. Reminds me of the difference of when you eat something from a can vs a home cooked meal! This is a Mom & Pop, Grassroots, by hand group that is totally powered by love. I do not use bots when I curate and I have no intention of ever doing so. There is no trail to follow because again this is a hands on approach. I am very passionate and I am dedicated to the Future of the Steem blockchain. All messages I leave for people are also hand written by me so when they see the Head Nurse gave love to their content they will know there was a human writing the message and giving their time to their post from the heart. At any rate I was not going to leave something here about the group but I have noticed many other community leaders have done so. Because of that I thought it was only fair that Steem Nurse also had a chance to be included in the fun <3 <3 <3

Share2steem is building a resource to allow users to share their content from other social sites like Instagram, YouTube or Twitter directly to the Steem blockchain. This will not only allow new users an easy way of producing content but will also create a conversation point to spread awareness about the Steem blockchain.

I'm from Poland, and my posts are supported by one man, who makes a really much for Steem community, not only for the polish community. Now I'm saying about @fervi, who is with us nearly two years. He makes a lot of projects, and he is really respected in the polish community. His biggest project is @dgameshop. In dgameshop you can buy games for steem. It is excellent because if you don't wanna to exchange your steem to real money you can buy games directly for Steem.
I know, you can think "this is a next random person from strange country", but it isn't true. @fervi makes a lot of projects, which can make Steem better, but they need promotion. I think the best promotion will be that, his account will can make bigger upvotes, what makes author will post better posts.

@davinci.witness is managing tons of translations for open source projects - they are a witness but don't have a lot of name recognition even though they are working fulltime and making sure a lot of talented bilingual people on this blockchain are being rewarded on a daily basis and making sure cool projects get more visisibity thanks to readability in more languages. The delegation would be used to reward and motivate those working on the translation projects
@travelfeed is an amazing curation project - who doesn't love travel? I know the team doing the curation personally and I know their heart is in this project, but have never received the curation support some other projects have gotten in the past
I really like the @steem-plus project, and have been following and watching developments closely. @stoodkev has been working tirelessly on the project, and delivering premium services for users to utilize with their Steem Plus Points, which are acquired through either purchasing with Steem/SBD, and just by utilizing the plugin itself.

So you want to donate to a private company that already makes a profit. and you're argument is...
despite the fact that the private company who's owners are already top20 witnesses and they get thousands of $ from their customers. We should donate more to them.
So let me explain my analogy better.
Microsoft is one of the leads in the tech world. Along with Google, Apple and Amazon (lots more there but lets go with those 4). And someone says I want to donate some money to a project. Your response is: Microsoft are doing great things for computers, I bought my computer because of windows, It's the #4 company out there, we should donate money to them....
@idikuci steem monsters made all this happen with barely any capital, you seem to overestimate their budget... Imagine what they can do with more?
And to go back to the argument: I said IF you were a trillionare. And IF you really had money to spend. And IF you wanted to increase adoption of computers... THEN YES microsoft IS a good idea since they have a proven formula of using their capital.
Sames goes with SM, they also have a proven formula, so no need to reinvent the wheel.
