There are several million dollars of regulation fees to pay if anyone wants to do it in the US. That's why there are very few sites besides Coinbase that offer that type of thing.

Its all about controlling the market, isn't it? But since the blockchain is everywhere at the same time, can it not avoid US controls? I guess its the fact that we need to access our local banks to move the fiat currency that is the sticking point! Darn!
