It is probably not going to be productive to go into that :)
If anything, they were there at the right time to contribute in the early stages, which gave them the stake they have based on the blockchain rules.
It is very hard (if not impossible) to go back and retroactively determine who has added how much value to the platform since the beginning and what the appropriate level of influence should be based on that.
I don't think it would be fair or set a good precedent if we tried to undo any level of stake that has already been distributed.
