Good Info, and ultimately Correct!
The IMF has plans for the mechanics of what is called a 'blockchain' but of course w/o the decentralized nature. They call it "DISTRIBUTED LEDGER" and it uses cryptographic transmission of data, but it will be as centralized as ever. I've seen the documentation. It will be their "Last Stand" most likely. But when this happens, they will be removing the Fiat Dollar (U$D) from it's leader position and that will be the time "Decentralization" must strike, during the changeover... imho.
