You can transfer Steem and choose for it to be Powered Up upon sending. So I need to send 10 Steem, but the receiver will get 10 Steem Power.

If you want to do it yourself, go to wallet -> Power Up -> click Advanced and type in the name of the person to send Steem Power to.

      You're welcome! There are lots of small tricks here in Steemit that is unknown to a lot of people, so I'm happy to share those that I know of :)
