What about a stable STEEM Index token that rewards participants for participating?
Starting idea of a stable token of STEEM with an account that upvotes participants with the token being stable in terms of Steem (backed dollars). May not be completely stable and slowly grow in value depending on how it may be structured. With participants participating in some way towards a DAC. Although may only be a partial DAC and not a full DAC could be designed and input ideas from the community as well as code along with open source for bots set up by a few people for a larger group of token holders over time. With some amount of tokens give away for free for various reasons that support members and the token along with value.
Will think more on such ideas and put something together with some others in time. Thank you for your interest and feedback. Want to take into account factors that people and the community like and do not like for a proper balance.
