Do you know what happens, if you buy steem with all of your monthly money and it seems you lost 50 % after 7 day?

YOu are right, you are just really sad. :D

This unfortunately true. And this is why a lot of people recommend the dollar cost averaging method for any type of asset...stocks, crypto, whatever. Because it avoids the chance of buying right at the top of a bubble with all your money. If you believe the thing you are investing in should eventually be worth a lot more at some point in the future then the DCA methods guarentees you at least buy some of asset at cheap prices ... and your buy in price will be average price that asset has been at during the time you were investing.
