Shameless plug, with piston
you use a default of 100% voting power or can specify it manually with
piston upvote @xeroc/piston --weight 50
2. Vote for the posts which have most up-votes already
Reward of a post is weighted by
net-positive-votes * net-positive-votes
. So it's likely that voting on a post which already has high net-votes will bring you more reward.
I think that is not entirely true. From what I know, those that upvote
good posts first get more from their votes than those that upvote an
already upvoted post.
3. Never down-voting
If a post has negative votes, it will get no reward, so the curators will get nothing.
That is quite a shame because it doesn't reward people to "filter" categories by voting misplaced posts out.
