RE: How to Save Steemit - My Uninvited Opinion

in #steem6 years ago

Thanks for your reply. I upvoted it. I do not think you meant anything mean.

Still, I am deliberately targeted by @berniesanders, as I can prove by referring you to this post.

I do not claim, however, that @berniesanders stole the 4.5 mBTC (0.0045 BTC) I paid for creation of the secondary profile. I have no idea who might be responsible for denying me the account after I paid for it.

@berniesanders posted dozens of images of some cartoon character who believed the Earth was flat, which had nothing to do with the content of the article they were replying to. I downvoted each one of those, because these clearly violated the Steemit FAQ (don't post the same comment many times, don't post irrelevant comments).

You have noticed I posted many negative comments, and therefore you called me a sociopath. For the most path my content wasn't even downvoted by the people I was addressing the comments to. (I would either way expect only the individual comments to be downvoted, as opposed to everything I currently write).

Being a sociopath is not as bad as being a psychopath. Sociopaths still have a conscience, according to the definition I know. Being a sociopath means just disregard a social consensus of a particular society, which in this context is Steemit.

I've noticed plenty of articles promoting animal cruelty (pictures of dead animals mixed with somebody's food), promotion of religions involving human sacrifice (crucifixion) or even glorifying the work and an ashram of a yogi suspected of pedophilia. I would sometimes ignore, sometimes attack, sometimes flag these, and you are right in saying that it could have earned me enemies; I just don't think that reaction from the people I really interacted with in meaningful ways was as bad as you think it was.

It's just that I am being targetted by a particular whale who wants my account dead. You can study the drama @berniesanders is creating with other Steemians as well.

Accounts with negative reputation are not invalid - they are still able to publish contents - it's just that I will have to email or publish on another website direct links to them for my friends to see.

Sort:

indeed, i am trying to help you rather than be mean.
i had a look at many of your comments to others.. whilst there are some that are not too offensive, there are quite a few people who you have told to Fk*off and one that you ordered to leave Steem..

I also notice you say that you saw an article about a 'suspected' paedophile and yet when i read your very aggressive comments you speak as though you know 100% the truth of the matter. It is common for people who feel passionate about something to speak like this, but that doesn't make it OK.

Unfortunately for you, you have flagged the VERY worst person you possible you could on Steem, @bernisanders does not play games and is someone who looks out and protects Steem with all his might..

Whilst there are some guidelines as laid out in the FAQ, there are no real rules here, only consensus.. generally speaking people can and DO whatever they want and will be judged by the general consensus of the community and not by any rule book.. welcome to Anarchy!

If you DO survive not being hacked down to rep 0 I would strongly advise you focus on making friends and commenting on things you find interesting. Learn to ignore things you dont agree with, or at the very least learn to be humble and open to other peoples opinions.. especially if you wish others to do the same with you.

Flagging is a risky game, and your flags do absolutely nothing due to your low REP and steem power, so there is nothing to gain by you flagging.. Right now you have flagged and been abusive to the wrong people who have been here a long time and will not tolerate abuse or unsocial behaviour.

I would suggest you even apologise to those who you have been rude to in the hope that they dont continue to flag you to zero.. As i say that is more or less the end of your Steem life when that happens as EVERYTHING you post or comment will be hidden by default and it is very hard to rise out of that.

These are life lessons as well as Steem lessons... tred lightly, be humble, and allow people to express their ideas and thoughts without getting angry about it.. and never attack people because of their religious beliefs..

Thanks for trying. Cpt. picard!
Im happy to assist your exit. I never suggested anything erotic!? How u infer the love of 100 mothers as erotic is beyond me! U have no concept of respect or humility, which is a real shame!
