Everyone has the option to flag but I find it kinda funny when people with 15SP and 10% voting power are downvoting something. :)

They too are curating with what they have, even if their impact is small, and because of revenge flagging, they are also quite brave, or stupid, depending on how you look at it. Anyway, a shitpost deseves a flag, no matter how powerful the flag.
Besides, sometimes small flags can serve as a hint to others.
but in my case it's useful because they still can show to community a ( - ) in voting list.
