RE: How many people do you follow ?

in #steem8 years ago (edited)

I didn't exactly got help. I just figured out something xD

I want to publish my introduction, but I can't.

I want to upvote things, but I can't.

I want to upvote comments, but I can't.

I can just comment. The rest is a violation of something, since I get an error message saying I've not enough steem power. I just understood what the "steem power" is and that I'll not be able to publish my post until I'll reach more with the community.

Check if you are only using one of the 4 keys.

What do you mean? I've entered this keys: "introduceyourself life money italy ". Is it okay?

Log out of your account close your browser, re open it, re sign back in. There is no reason why you can't publish your post. There is no SP requirement.

Editing because I can't respond. That message should only pertain to trying to upvote, your steem power (3 when you sign up) is too small to vote on content. However it shouldn't effect your ability to author new content. I am searching for a solution for you.

Done. That's what I get: "abs_rshares > 50000000 || o.weight == 0: voting weight is too small, please accumulate more voting power or steem power"

I can not find anyone that knows why you get this message :(

What the hell ? You don't need a certain amount of SP to post ?

If I click on the "publish" button or on the "upvote" button a message pops up saying I don't have enough something. SP indeed, but even some other stuff. It's really unclear.

That's pretty boring in my point of view but, ehy, it's not my decision. I'm cool with it, but I would really like to be able to be a fully part of steemit from day one. Even because I wrote a good post for my introduction! I've put a lot of effort in it :P

@ziogo I would submit a post about the error message here: https://github.com/steemit/steemit.com/issues

Looks like the price of steem fell so this has made it much tougher. The quotas are not based on reputation, only on steem power. It has to do with economics. The witnesses have to store and maintain all this data so we need to be sure the value of the accounts are at a certain point to cover the costs.

I see a potential payout of $10 on your reply here to @steemitqa. I think the community solved your issue but it just has not payed out yet. Let us know if you can post after payout (about 14 more hours)...

@ziogio try posting it again now that your rep score is higher.

Same problem :/

EDIT: The problem is fixed. The solution was to remove the check to "upvote" my own post. Thanks!
