Glad you made it, but it's OK to start at any time, however starting late does put you at a slight disadvantage unless the others get squashed.

My friend who suggested this game thought players should be forced to use the rolls they get (no skipped moves) but after doing a trial run and taking 26 days, I figured that we should try the easy way first. If that's too easy, we can easily modify the rules.
