Ah... I think shooting into a square that has a player and a zombie means you could hit the player first...

If I remember right, we can shoot past people if we specify target. But that's up to @happyme

The rules state that if you shoot INTO a square with other players in it, the PLAYERS get hit first. You can shoot PAST a square with players in it though.
