Thanks. But no, it was the crappy infrastructure provider that decided my modem was too old and shut me down! After going through my ISP they finally had to call the company they buy their access through and was told the line was fine but my equipment was too old. The ISP then mailed me a new modem/router and it took a week to get here! I offered to go pick it up (that would have taken me about an hour of travel time (return), but they said their doors are locked, especially now with Covid, so they HAD to mail it. I now have Internet again, but no WiFi because there were no instructions that came with the machine; not even a box! Tech support will call me in the morning with instructions on how to access the set-up to configure my WiFi. Sheesh!
