I'm assuming you meant to go WEST for action 5. I doubt you want to chance a close encounter with another zombie while so close to being dead.

A couple of people have theorized what it is good for. You could be the fastest messenger, so yea... I would say, grab some! But your inventory is already full. You will need to give stuff away or drop something.
