These are the things that I would value most:
I, as the CEO, I appreciate three things. This original content, the presence of a bot that detects plagiarism and spam and easy to use interface.
If I would be Steemit's CEO, the top3 things I'd value in Steemit the most:
If I would be the Steemit CEO, the top3 things I'd value in Steem the most (I must mention that, too):
Wait... I appreciate these things without being a CEO! ;) You have trapped me! :D
The interaction among members, being helpful and encouraging to one another.
come here to say thank you to @good-karma and @pfunk for giving me this great Christmas present! it will be (actually has been) used to put into my support for busy! also, my support for eSteem translation has advanced to 50% ... :)
From the perspective of CEO, I believe you are talking about valuing things that are valuable to Steemit Succeeding rather than the benefits of Steemit and what it has the potential to Achieve.
So from that view point as CEO...
"Quality Content Creators" as Content is King. It's it's the driving force of all success online.
"The Helpers in the Community" the people that tale the time to help others learn how to use Steemit and innovate it.
"The Recruiters" the people that are bringing new people to Steemit.
There are many more things to value as well. But those are the Top Three essentials to making Steemit a success in my opinion.
On a side note... Personally I'm trying to do all three which is why I launched my Crowdfunding Campaign on here to fund a Holiday Photoshoot Using the Steemit Logo/Name to see if I can get more creative content creators on board, by showing them what I have done. It's up to the rest of the community if works or not as it depends on if it get's funded in time.
For sure :
Good quality content
Being involved in community projects
Dont be fake or plagerize! Its very uncool !
1.-The search constant by the content's quality and its assessment.
2.-The community in growth overall.
3.-The opportunity of being rewarded by do what more you like and show to the world your talent.

1.Availability.
2.Easy communication.
3.Ability to grow.
Things that I would value serious
1- the human quality, which is the success of the platform
2- the quality of content
Excellent post lord @ good-karma congratulations
Yipee!! Thank you @good-karma and @pfunk n.n
This is a hard but good question. I'll give it a try.
Based from the circulation of Steem in an the attention economy, I think that there are 4 major groups to choose from and those are the authors, developers, speculators, and advertisers. If I were the CEO, I would mostly value:
The reason why I choose these three is because they mainly form part of the whole economy and community at present. I had trouble choosing between the speculators and advertisers because I think they are the ones that directly input steem. But I choose the speculators over advertisers because I don't think that we have the model for advertising yet, do we? Also, I think we need to focus getting more authors to join so that the collective attention of Steemit will grow enough that advertisers would hurriedly get in line by themselves.
With regards to including the developers. We really need these people because they are Steem's builders. Valuing them would result to the enhancement of all features in Steem and in effect attract more speculators and authors.
It would be the three C's that I would value the most if I happen to be the 'C' EO :
Community:
Having a strong and supportive community is very important in the growth and development of an enterprise. Without the support of community the enterprise would be left isolated, would be made to feel unworthy and ultimately it would lead to its downfall.
Content:
High quality content is crucial for success in order to retain visitors. Itβs important to remember that in todays digital world internet users need a reason to keep visiting your site. And that's where the importance of good quality contents come into picture
Credibility:
To be credible is to gain trust, this is not easy - it takes time and efforts. Do what you say you gonna do. Never blame, never gossip. Be loyal to the people you represent. Maintain integrity and be ethical, be fearless and decisive and most importantly have respect for others including your opponents.
