https://steemit.com/steemit/@rismanrachman/mengungkap-jejak-levycore-di-steemit-terimakasih-kepada-steemian-pembuka-jalan This is one of the reasons why I disagree if brother @rismanrachman becomes ambassador

congratulations to her @rismanrachman , but I'm not sure she'll be a good ambassador for the steemian aceh. sorry if i'm sassy @steem-ambassador

Im sorry I cannot read the language. Can you outline here why you think this application should be rejected?

From what I have observed with other steemian friends in Indonesia that risman rahman is very much at odds with the more senior steemians of him.

this is the reason I rejected Risman Rahman's brother to be ambassador in Indonesia.

DQmbCNEp6y7HxCpetwe6zs8ZfQmKqCQivFoJbSQRFc2wciX_1680x8400.jpgI know risman rahma is the right hand @levicore and @aiqabrago and they are foster children of curie. I am very sure if @rismanrachman become ambassador of Indonesia hence promoter in Aceh will not get vote from @rismanrachman except foster boy from curie and close friend from aicabrago and levycord who will get vote. OK, a few other people are dissenting too. The allegation seems to be that @rismanrachman only upvotes his friends (unless I have misunderstood). The guidance for Steem Ambassadors is clear, and their curating needs to be on an equal and fair basis.

That said, I think there would need to be some evidence that this takes place. Ultimately rismanrachman has been free to upvote whatever he wanted. As a Steem Ambassador he would be expected to curate approximately 35 promo-steem posts per week. Past behaviour is not necessarily what will happen going forward.

I think it may be worthwhile looking at the data from the blockchain, and letting the community look it over. There are a lot of positive comments here, but it is important that dissenters are given the chance to question it, and reject an application.

I will personally stay neutral on this one, and neither support nor reject. As part of the approval, @rismanrachman has the right to reply to this.

I also do not impose my will but to collect other evidence I have seen all the writings of rismanrachman and many abuses and negative comments in his post.

Yes please provide evidence. You have until the 7 days is up on this post to provide the evidence for the community who can then decide.

Here are the facts on @rismanrachman's account, as compiled over the last 31 days.

I've run reports on outgoing vote diversity, incoming flags, and network voting diagram. The results are below:

There are of course other ways to analyse the data, but I thought vote diversity would be a good measure. It suggests that there is a very fair amount of vote diversity from this user. Later on I will see if I can run a report on #promo-steem posts made by @rismanrachman.

I agree with the brothers @herryazmi11 and have read the @rismanrachma post on the comment link shared by @herryazmi11 many controversial

I really appreciate this discussion. I want to remain neutral here. There is overwhelmingly support on this applicant. I suggest the following way forward:

  1. for now, provide benefit of doubt based on overwhelming support.
  2. monitor closely the actions the candidate takes as a steem ambassador
  3. allow for evidence based discussion as we see how the candidate performs as an ambassador.
  4. the candidate meets all criteria for application
  5. the candidate has agreed to follow the ambassador responsibilities
  6. the candidate will be made aware that this issue has been highlighted and that community is monitoring their progress very closely for compliance with the steem ambassador responsibilities and community guidelines.

I also think so but for now could be this ambassador candidate looking for a good name for imaging in the community.
because in our place Indonesia there is a term the boss never wrong even though he made a mistake, that's what I fear if rismanrahman elected to be ambassador

Yes, of course. But in the absence of any evidence, it's hard to ignore overwhelming support. I totally get that you have a problem with him, and as you know I spent time talking to you in Discord to try to understand what the issue was, and so far I haven't seen anything that would raise any red flags for me. It seems that the issue is that he doesnt vote for everyone. But that would be impossible as he just wouldn't have the voting power, and nor is this a reason to reject anyone. You also said that he only votes for people who have his phone number, but in fact the evidence suggest otherwise, and statistically his voting is extremely diverse AND he doesn't self vote either. So in the absence of any evidence of any abuse, which you are still very welcome to post here, (and which @rismanrachman will have the opportunity to respond to), it's hard to ignore the overwhelming support he has got. It is for the community to decide ultimately, but if you weigh it all up, so far @rismanrachman has an awful lot of support here.
