You'll need 2 spreadsheets, well, sometimes the lookup tool works on its own, sometimes you have to have the other one open, so it's safe to say that you'll need to open both of them to check.
This is the spreadsheet with the data, you'll have this open in the background. And this one is the lookup tool. Go to the 'File' menu and select 'Make a copy', give it a name and then you can go and edit your copy. But every time they change the original you'll have to make a copy again, don't worry, I only had to do it once when the @sbi10 pool was added.
