Steem typically dont pay out anything less than 0.02, so hopefully I eventually get ebough SBI for 0.02

In the new automated system we're working on, we plan to set a dust threshold so that voting weight accumulates until the upvote is enough to exceed the dust threshold (guaranteeing that none of the member's voting weight is ever wasted by not having enough other votes to payout).
