Why does it say on your google doc I have not been on steemit since 20/05/2018? Also why have I been moved out of @sbi4? Thanks

The spreadsheet isn't fully automatic and not updated everyday. The date could be still from the last data pull. But it's totally okay, because the voting is still going on.
Also you were moved up from @sbi4 to @sbi3, which is good, because the older pools have a slightly small advantage in terms of SP compared to the newer ones. But that is only now and I think will be less in the future.
The data pull that updates last active date is not currently working. I'm trying to get it back up again as soon as possible. The last active date is only used as a fallback to identify inactive length for members inactive past 7 days. So the inaccurate data there will only affect members that are inactive past 7 days, but have activity more recent than the 20 May update to that table.
thank you both not sure why my weight just keeps going down i have not posted very much recently
Perhaps this has something to do with the falling price of steem?
I thought that but I don't think so the weight if the vote would be the same however the value would decrease. I think. That make sense?
Your weight falls because the pool is growing. If you have 1 share and there are only 100 shares in the pool, you would receive 1% of the total weekly voting weight, or 70% total weekly voting weight. If you post once per day, that is 10% upvote on each post.
Now imagine the pool doubles to 200 shares. Your one share is now only 0.50%, or 5% upvote on each post, but the SP in the pool also doubles. So as your upvote weight drops, the upvote value would hold constant if the STEEM/SBD prices held constant.
The only reason your upvote value is dropping along with your weight dropping is because of the slide in STEEM/SBD prices.
i had not thought about that thanks a lot i thought there was a 100 share cap tbh hence more sbi's being created.
100 share cap per member in each pool, and 500 members per pool.
thanks 500 member per pool didn't know that =]
