It's not only that. But a lot of content doesn't even get seen. A lot of my posts get minimal views. If I'm lucky, posts will show it has been viewed 5 times.
Even your post, 1 view as I'm typing this. And that was me.

Thats because people rely on Steemit.com to get views, when they should be out pushing their blog to the outside world and posting for the sake of the content and not the rewards, rewards come after a following does more or less. Edit; and now this post has 15 views, not so bad... I have had posts with 10k+ views in the past, its very possible.
Well... I'll just say that I never upvote my own comments. And most of my posts get shared on Facebook, twitter and even LinkedIn.
I'm curious to see where this is headed. Perhaps I'll reach 50 views sometime 🤓
I feel like the curation system needs a little more tweaking. I guess this is why Steemit is still in beta.
Edit: browsed through some posts. I saw one with 97 views so I've been breaking some records lol. Only 6 upvotes though.
Yea exactly, the day they pull that beta tag off is the day you know we are all entitled to start being mad :P Until then this is all one big test me thinks... hopefully it comes out with positive results!
