The story began when oil palm plantation workers, Robert Nababan, attacked a seven-meter-long snake on Saturday last week. The snake bit and twisted it.
Robert fought until his hands were torn. He finally managed to get out of the snake's entanglement and rescued his friends. The snake died.
The carcass of the snake was stretched on two trees. But then, the people decided to fry the beast.
A number of foreign media also broadcast this news, such as The Washington Post, Newsweek, Telegraph, The Sun, and others.
