Hey, I lost my wife last year, to this day I have not shed a tear of sadness.
As we had 12 good years. she always said.
If I go before you do not die with me move on and remember the good times.
Instead of sadness at certain times I get this rush of happiness that I can't explain. it always happens when I have done something we enjoyed together.
As you say we all cope in different ways. but you need to remember the good times and move on stronger.
